Project Details

Group Mackenzie provided full multidisciplinary professional services for this 8-story, 120,000 SF riverfront building in the heart of Portland's waterfront revitalization district. The build-to-suit design, completed for a previous tenant, included an expandable auditorium/training room, administrative offices, a cafeteria and full-service kitchen, secured gas control center, advanced data center, and associated 89,000 SF parking structure. Architectural detailing, lighting elements and the use of common materials and finishes created a sense of continuity throughout these diverse areas. Award-winning, energy efficient design and lighting elements were incorporated throughout.
