RealNet Investments provides real estate opportunities for tenant-in-common arrangements. Working within a limited budget, our interior design team utilized common materials in unique ways with an emphasis on strong, simple details to create a stylish corporate atmosphere for this 8,000 SF tenant improvement in Lincoln Center, also designed by Group Mackenzie. A warm and vivid color scheme, a variety of wood flooring treatments, and specialty lighting further enhance the sophisticated space.
