Kruse Way Office Park
Project Details
Since 1996, Group Mackenzie has provided full architectural and engineering services for the master planning and design of the majority of buildings and sites within the Kruse Way Office Park. The site planning effort included a master plan for the full development and detailed plans for Kruse Oaks. Kruse Oaks is planned to include four Class A office buildings, built in phases as market demands warrant. Kruse Oaks I and II are complete, and design is underway for III and IV. Other buildings within the corporate park include Kruse V, an 8-story, 184,000 SF office building that features a 2-story elegantly appointed atrium.
Featuring brick and glass facades, the buildings are designed to complement one another and create a unified business park identity. Many of the building designs include attached parking structures.
