Project Details

Our architects and designers sought to create a connection to the original granary towers and retain the character of the landmark structure for this 4,444 SF tenant improvement in the historic Albers Mill building. Their goal was to provide creative people with an innovative, inspiring space in which to work. Vivid colors and sweeping accents brighten the space and create an engaging environment. The original ceiling is uncovered and several brick walls exposed to give portions of the space a dark, atmospheric quality. Wall treatments, lighting, and the use of color help link the older portions of the structure to the newer design.
