Project Details

Group Mackenzie provided full land use and master planning, architectural, and structural engineering services for this Central Oregon lifestyle retail development. This first phase includes 39,000 SF of retail space that complements the historic character of the 7.5-acre site, creates a connection to the Deschutes River, and highlights views of the Cascade Mountain Range. Premier national tenants include Chico’s, White House/Black Market, and Ann Taylor Loft. The Shops North opened in late 2008.
