Project Details

Group Mackenzie provided design services for this 10,581 SF Orvis Store as part of the phase two Old Mill District Redevelopment. The custom, build-to-suit structure is designed to adhere to the Orvis corporate brand while blending into the Old Mill District setting. The turnkey project included all interior fixtures, casework, props, etc. The project was completed summer 2008, six weeks ahead of schedule and $35/SF under budget.
