Townsend Business Park
Project Details
Group Mackenzie assisted the client, Townsend Farms, with this commercial/industrial subdivision in Fairview, Oregon. The Townsend Business Park includes a mix of industrial and retail commercial parcels immediately adjacent to an Interstate 84 interchange. Group Mackenzie assisted with preparation of a Transportation Mitigation Plan Agreement, in conjunction with the City of Fairview and Multnomah County, to assist in funding off-site transportation improvements. We assisted with two public right-of-way roadway designs and coordinated several off-site improvement projects. Additionally, Group Mackenzie drafted plan development approvals for the entire site, consisting of CC&Rs and State of Oregon Industrial Site Certification. Currently, 50.79 acres of the park have been developed with 53.64 acres remaining. Group Mackenzie providing services to rezone the 14.12 acre southern parcel from GI General Industrial to CC Corridor Commercial.
